Room at private and for both sexes

Toilets and bathrooms are available at any floor – Leaving room with TV – Deposit for skies and bikes – Garden equipped with tables – Unsecured parking.
It is possible to organize special solutions, according to the availability. Please ask in advance.

Linen

The first supply of Linen is always included in the price; Subsequent have a cost of € 3.00 per bed
Bath towel not included, you can rent it at 1 € a piece

Discounts

• Evaluation of special discounts on request.
• Discounts for groups of at least 18 people occupying rooms in its entirety:
5% discount
• All discounts are not valid during Christmas and New Year’s Day

Payment

The payment is always in advance. The Direction requires a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount as a confirmation of the reservation.
The balance will always be paid upon arrival.
